HELLO BEAUTIFUL, here are my policies 🖤 * Deposits are non-refundable . deposit does go TOWARDS service *ONLY way to get deposit(s) back is if service provider cancels appointment *No call/ no show MORE than once you will be banned from booking any future appointments *LAST min Cancellation will result in 70% charge of service *No CALL/NO SHOW will result in 70% charge of service *10 min grace ONLY. After 10 min, fees applied (if i have time to still service you) *If you reschedule your new appointment date HAS to be within 10 days after ORIGINAL appointment. Anything AFTER, NEW DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED *Please come with your brows already groomed, it’ll make things much easier for me.
